Orders
Order Status
Order processing takes up to 3 business days but may vary depending on seasonality. See product pages for details on processing times.
You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 14 days of delivery. Select season items are final sale and will be noted on the product page.
All sale priced items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 14 days of original delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You are responsible for the cost of return postage or it may be deducted from your refund.
Follow the below steps to process a return or exchange:
- Email merch@ilovemyroku.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the unworn, unwashed items with original tags securely in the original product packaging whenever possible.
- Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier.
Order issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will provide a prepaid label for you to send back your item.
Products must be unworn & unwashed to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping
What territories do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom. All orders ship from Los Angeles. Shipping costs, taxes, and duties (where applicable) will be added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic shipments typically take between 2 to 7 days to arrive once shipped.
International shipments typically take between 4 - 22 days to arrive once shipped.

We ship all orders with USPS or DHL E-commerce, depending on your location and package size. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
